Nicolas is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s People and Organizational Performance practice, based in Paris. He works with CEOs, boards, executive teams, and other senior leaders to design and implement organization design and large-scale change that has transformational impact across the enterprise.
Nicolas is involved primarily in the areas of large-scale organization transformation (from organization architecture to change management), especially in the context of company turnarounds, mergers, and strategic redirection. He has worked with clients in B-to-B and B-to-C services (Real Estate, Hospitality, Tourism, Transportation), industry (Energy), and financial services.
Nicolas Pette graduated in Political Science (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris) and received an advanced Masters Program in Sociology.
