With 20 years of strategy consulting experience, she is passionate about helping mobility players navigate the dramatic changes and challenges in their industry, such as sustainability, demand explosion, evolving customer expectations, innovation, digitization, and new business models.

She supports operators, infrastructure managers, and OEMs to develop and grow their activities, leveraging her comprehensive understanding of the mobility sector. She specializes in growth strategy, acquisition integration, business transformation, and operational excellence.

She holds a degree from HEC Paris and speaks fluent French, English, and Spanish.

Laetitia is also a proud mother of three and enjoys travelling and running in her spare time.
