Head of Operations Practice in France and Paris Office Leader

Eric is a Partner and Office Leader, based in our Paris office. He also leads our Operations Practice in France, covering manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, procurement, and services operations across industries. Additionally, he is a core member of the Aerospace and Defence Practice.

With more 20 years of consulting experience, Eric assists senior executives in conducting major transformations, including large-scale performance-oriented programs, complex program recovery ,and operating model transformations around the world.

An expert in manufacturing and engineering transformations in the engineered products and projects sector for aeronautics, defense and mobility, Eric places great importance on generating concrete and measurable impact for clients. As a partner, he considers his role as an architect, mobilizing the best expertise within Oliver Wyman or from our network of external partners to provide optimal solutions to the complex needs of our clients.

To succeed in a competitive environment, manufacturers in the engineered products sector must enhance program management by adopting a collaborative approach with diverse stakeholders, streamlining processes, and effectively managing risks throughout the entire product life cycle

Eric's vision for the Paris office has been realized through the development and renewal of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Today, 40 ERGs enliven the life of the Paris office, reflecting a dynamic and inclusive corporate culture where employee well-being is a priority.

Outside of work, Eric demonstrates his leadership as a soccer coach. This role illustrates his ability to bring people together around a common goal and share life moments with friends united by a common passion. These values are also reflected in his way of building connections within Oliver Wyman.

He holds a general engineering degree from the Ecole des Arts et Métiers and is fluent in French and English.
