Célia is an associate at Oliver Wyman's Paris office and a member of the Finance and Risk Practice.

She joined Oliver Wyman in October 2022 after working for two years in the General Inspection department at Société Générale. During her time there, she received extensive training in banking and the banking environment, including retail banking, CIB, insurance, and regulation. Prior to that, she worked as a quantitative analyst at Société Générale, specializing in market risk and counterparty credit risk modeling.

Célia holds a Master's degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics from ENS Paris-Saclay, as well as a Master's degree in Data Science and Finance from ENSAE Paristech. She is fluent in both French and English and has a strong proficiency in Python and R.

With her engineering diploma and experience in the banking industry, Célia has developed deep expertise in risk modeling, particularly in areas such as capital adequacy, credit risk, and market risk. She approaches the complexities of the banking industry with a simple and innovative mindset and is passionate about finding creative solutions. Her comprehensive understanding of European banking regulations and the unique dynamics of the French market allows her to navigate regulatory frameworks and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients operating in this environment.

One of the standout moments in her career was connecting teams from around the world and diverse backgrounds during a merger. It was inspiring for her to witness the incredible synergy that emerged when individuals with distinct perspectives and expertise came together.

Outside of work, she has a passion for music, particularly blues and soul. In her free time, she enjoys exploring France on her bike and embarking on treks around the world. Her most recent adventures took her to Indonesia and Scotland, and she is already planning her next destination, likely in South America.
